Merton Abbey Mills has taken delivery of its new wind turbine following delays caused by the recent windy weather.

Once erected the turbine will power the entire Colour House Theatre making it the country's first stage run entirely on renewable energy.

Engineers had been unable to dismantle the vertical-axis turbine as it underwent final tests at a Pembrokeshire factory two weeks ago.
