Comments (0)Truck drivers have been issued with more than £5.2m in fines for contravening London's low emission zone.
But because many of the fines were scrapped on appeal and others were discounted for prompt payment, Transport for London(TfL) is set to generate only £1m from Ken Livingstone's scheme.
