Donations are wanted to help fund the £750,000 redevelopment of a project in Battersea Park, which uses gardening as therapy for local disabled people.
The Battersea Park Garden Project, run by national charity Thrive, plans to create new workspaces, redesign its garden and build a 50ft greenhouse.
The project currently works with 50 disabled people, but the new facilities will enable it to expand and work with 220 people.

Nicola Carruthers, chief executive of Thrive, said: "Gardening offers a unique way of transforming people's lives. We know the need is there and we want to be able to help even more people."
