Croydon Freecycle
Croydon Freecycle is open to all who want to "recycle" rather than throw away.
Members sign up to the group online, post a message about an item they no longer need and wait to see if someone is willing to collect it.
From giant parrot cages to bags of wool, there are numerous free items on offer in what has been called an altruistic way to recycle.
All the items are free and you need something to collect them in.
