ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure First Avenue, Mortlake

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate remedial works to be undertaken, they intend to make a temporary traffic order to restrict traffic in First Avenue, Mortlake,

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed wait or stand in First Avenue, Mortlake from a point outside the common boundary of Nos 40 and 42 First Avenue to a point outside the common boundary of Nos 44 and 46 First Avenue.

3. The Order will come into force on 20 February 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times on from 20 February 2018 until 23 February 2018 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via North Worple Way, White Hart Lane and Limes Field Road and vice versa.

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. The restrictions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

3. The order will come into effect on 15 February 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 February 2018 until 17 February 2018 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for anyone affected by the closure will be available via King Street and Old Palace Lane.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restrictions Staines Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Staines Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of road: -

a) Manor Road, the south west side - from a point outside No 14 Manor Road to its junction with Staines Road;

b) Manor Road, the north-east side - from its junction with Staines Road, north-westwards for a distance of 22 metres;

c) Staines Road, the south-east side - from its junction with Fifth Cross Road to a point outside No 187 Staines Road;

d) Staines Road, south-east side - from a point outside No 213 Staines Road to a point outside No 215 Staines Road;

e) Fifth Cross Road, the north-east side - from a point outside No 83 Staines Road to its junction with Staines Road; and

f) Fifth Cross Road, the south-west side - from a point outside No 94 Fifth ross Road to its junction with Staines Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 12 February 2018 The restrictions will be in force at all times from 12 February 2018 until 16 February 2018 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or

(c) emergency service vehicles.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

3. The order will come into effect on 19 February 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 7am and 6pm on Mondays to Fridays and between 7am and 2pm on Saturdays from 19 February 2018 until 1 March 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a valve repair in the crraigeway, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Waldegrave Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in an easterly direction in Shacklegate Lane, on reaching its junction with Waldegrave Road, to turn right.

3. The order will come into effect on 5 March 2018. The restrictions will be in force from 09.00 on 5 March 2018 until 18.00 on 6 March 2018 whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the banned turn will be northbound on Waldegrave Road, turn at the roundabout and southbound on Waldegrave Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that they have made a temporary Order, the effect of which is to introduce a road closure in part of Church Road, Ham.

2. The length of Church Road affected by the order passes through an area where common toads are known to cross the carriageway during their annual migration from hibernation to breeding areas. The road closure is intended to allow the toads to cross the carriageway unharmed and to eliminate the risk of accidents if drivers were to be distracted by the presence of these creatures in their path.

3. Whilst Church Road is closed, an alternative route for northbound traffic will be Church Road, Upper Ham Road and Ham Gate Avenue. An alternative route for southbound traffic will be as above but in the reverse direction.

4. The order will come into effect on 9 March 2018 at 10am and will remain in force until 4pm on 29 March 2018.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle requiring access to or from "Wilmer House", Church Road from or in the direction of Latchmere Lane and to or from the rear of Park Gate house from Church Road;

(b) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(c) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(d) emergency service vehicles.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate maintenance works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary closure of Paved Court. Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall enter Paved Court, which links King Street, and The Green, Richmond. Access will be maintained whenever possible.
