TATE, JOHNSTON Peacefully in St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, Surrey on 14th August aged 85 years. Beloved Husband of Barbara, a much loved Father of Christopher and Ga of Douglas and Patrick. Funeral Service at Mortlake Crematorium on Tuesday 21st August at 9.00am.
