On 17th July 2012, our much loved Father and Grandfather MALCOLM RICHARD LEWIS died aged 81. We are grateful for his love and support over the years. He will be sorely missed. There will be a Service at North East Surrey Crematorium on Monday 13th August 2012 at 12.00pm followed by a Thanksgiving Service at 1.00pm at Cheam Methodist Church. All are welcome
