LEWIS, LESLIE Died peacefully at Kingston Hospital on 23rd June 2012 aged 96 years. A loving Father to Sandra and Valerie, Grandfather to Karen, Jo, Chris and Andy and Great-Grandfather to Alexander. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family, friends and neighbours. Funeral Service at Kingston Crematorium on Wednesday, 18th July at 11.00am. Family flowers only.
