MEDLICOTT ANDREW Quietly relieved of long suffering on 2nd April 2015 aged just 72 at Epsom Hospital. Beloved Civil Partner of Andrew Casey and dear Brother and Brother-in-Law of Paul and Mary Medlicott. There will be a celebration of Andrew's life and a simple funeral at 4.00pm on Tuesday 21st April at the North East Surrey Crematorium, Lower Morden Lane, Morden SM4 4NU. No flowers please but donations in Andrew's name to the Epsom Medical Equipment Fund c/o Longhurst Funeral Directors 01372 723548
