DOUGLAS REYNOLDS MBE JP Kingston Mayor 1974-1975 Passed away peacefully at Kingston Hospital on 25th June 2017 aged 96. Will be sadly missed by his family and the local council, businesses, clubs and charities that he keenly supported over his long active life. A memorial service will take place on Friday 21st July at 2.30pm at All Saints Church, Kingston, then Kingston Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations to 'Rotary Club of Kingston upon Thames' via Frederick W Paine Funeral Directors, 265 Ewell Road, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 7AA
